Convinced and Committed (John 10: 37, 38)

"Don't believe me unless I do what My Father does. But what if I do it? Even if you don't believe Me, believe the miracles. Then you will know and understand that the Father is in Me and I am in the Father." John 10: 37, 38

It's easy to make a statement or a promise. However, to maintain credibility, those words must be backed up and verified by actions. Actions are a natural outflow of a heart that is convinced and committed.

If we claim to be followers of Jesus, then we must also exhibit the attributes of our leader. We must allow Him to live in and through us. If we are convinced that He is who He said He was, we will be committed to both the living of His message and the sharing of His message.

This commitment is not merely a random act here or there but a lifestyle of submission to His Lordship in and over us continually... every moment of every day.

This is what it means to be a disciple – a Christ follower.
